1. Passive Scans shared or not? Can someone confirm this? - in Rookie Training Grounds [original thread]
If you are in your big map, they are.... well kind of... Like everything else in the game it works sometimes. I've dropped orbitals and seen my guys fighting red sometimes on the map, sometimes no blips. I wouldn't rely on this.

The 50 bucks is worth the AUR and the boosters. Might as well get the free rifle and LAV out of the deal, especially since the free balochs are gone.
